1 or 2 tsp of cocoa powder
Sweetener
Small amount of warm coffee
Egg yolk.

Mix the cocoa, coffee and sweetener to a smooth paste, then stir in the egg yolk and mix till it thickens but is still smooth. Pour over anything that needs chocolate sauce.

For a chocolate spread (for your flaxbread perhaps?) reduce the amount of coffee slightly, or increase the amount of cocoa. Keep in the fridge, it keeps well.
