Ok Im looking for a Good wake me up and kick me in my ass and get me going breakfast. I dont want to have to drink coffee so we can eliminate that, so what else is there? Eggs, Oatmeal?

tons of water, 2 cups OJ would get me going...then to make it more bb friendly, whey shake or 8 egg whites

This is my power breakfast:

cooked ground turkey breast mixed with egg whites, peppers, onions, tomatoes, and spinach, with an english muffin, OJ or ice water

I think my breakfast is pretty kickass.

1.5 servings kashi go lean cereal
.33 servings of uncle sam cereal
4 heaping teaspoons of oats
2-3 tablespoons of ground flax seed (however much it takes to cover ever bite of cereal)
and .75-1 cup of skim milk

It's freaking delicious.

Sometimes I have a whey protein shake along with it.

Depends, if i was going to train within the next 1-2 hours it would probably be:

Banana milk shake made with 2 large bananas and 2 cups of milk.

If not, it would be:

1 cup of oats, scoop of whey/50g soya mince, 1 banana and 0.5 cup raisins

Blitz in the microwave and slice the banana on top:D
