Recently my joints have been starting to ache with my increased cardio work.

Can anyone recommend be a good vitamin supplement to oil my joints?

That's what I've been hearing too.. I just started taking it Saturday, I'm hoping it lives up to the hype.

lol @ orange triad.

It claims to have super joint recovery powers yet it simply contains world renown (for not being effecient) Glucosamine sulfate, Chondroitin (bovine source) and MSM.

As a soccer athlete I've been through all three of the above supplements and none helped (maybe small placebo effect at most)

Research shark cartilage. you wont be disappointed.

Animal Flex is one of the best joint support formulas out imo & its the joint supp of the year and has been for a while, ive used it a few months ago. Helped my achey joints alot after a few weeks then i felt improvement, i wish i still had it :(

+ 1 for krill oil

Only fish oil with omega 3 AND antioxidants.

Orange Triad multivitamin (even if it isn't a great joint support, every bit helps right?)
fish oil and flax seed oil, both are omega3 which can reduce inflammation and help joints.
