Low fat sliced chicken breast (lunch meat)
Low fat sliced turkey breast (lunch meat)

what about cold cereals?

chicken and turkey breast meats are some of the best to eat.

Cold cereal, nothing wrong with it but cereals do contain lots of sugar

You need to check the packages. Some lunch meats can be high in salt and preservatives. As far as the cereals, again read the ingredients as some tend to be high in sugar. Persoanlly, I like Special K's Low Carb which is high in protein.

Those 2 cereals are good.

The lunch meat is probably not. Just get some real chicken and turkey breasts, cook them, and eat them.

most lunch/deli meats are full of preservatives like sodium. they are not the best choice, but IMO ok in moderation. some deli meats are good though like the ones from whole foods market. they are organic and preservative free.

both those cerals are fine. just check the ingredients on the box and make sure it 100% whole wheat/grain and does not contain sugar ot high frutocse corn sryup. in general, the less ingredinets the better.

fiber one and kashi golean are my two favorite healthy cereals. you can definitely keep eating them.
