I got a quick question for you guys and girls out there. I never do cardio on the days I work out, but I do it on pretty much all of my days off of lifting. So I was wandering, Do you think that it is ok to do cardio if your legs are still very sore from your leg routine? I'm not talking a day after yor routing, but 2 or three days after and still feeling quite sore. Thanks and Best of luck

Good question....I would think not as everyone says wait until it heals....but what about pre contest when you do at least one and sometimes 2 cardio sessions a day?
