This week, I started out doing the Body For Life program (attacking from all angles -- nutrition, weights, and cardio) after a short hiatus from the gym. I've noticed some changes in my physique already (after implementing HIT weight training). My face is slightly thinner, my upper body has improved (in fact, I can already notice slight indentations in my arms and chest/upper abs). Haven't lost that much weight but my body fat seems to be going down (I need to find something to measure the decrease of my bf%).

I've cut out all fast food from my diet (which I should have done four months ago). My diet has been cleaner these past couple weeks than it has been in at least five years. I've made water my primary source of drink instead of soda. Plus, I've successfully minimized soda down to one per day -- goal is 0 per day.

I can't WAIT to see what I'll look like at the end of November!
