If you arnt going to the gym in the monring (i got right before bed) do you want to absorb protien fast or slow for breakfast? should i use milk or water if i have a shake?

you cant go wrong taking in whey with milk first thing in the morning. that will give you a good whey/casein blend and last longer than whey in water. egg whites are also good in the morning as they are a fast digesting protein. i like to have egg whites with 1 or 2 whole eggs and some milk for protein in the morning.
