What should I take to gain size?

I'm on White Blood right now and its going well in the sense that I get good pumps and do better in my lifting but I have a really hard time gaining weight.

I'm doing my best to eat as much as possible and I have muscle milk once a day and I also have protein shakes (100% Whey) after my workouts.

I just want to get bigger. I'm at like 165lbs and im 6'0. I hate this. I'm trying my best.

I'll DEFINITELY be increasing the amount of carbs that I take in.

Can anyone suggest a good weight gainer? Also, should I get back on creatine? I'm waiting to try San Vault.

I've looked at products like Nitrix etc. For the NO2 part, White Blood is doing well.

I've even taken a look at HGH among other things. Please help out, I really just want to get bigger :(

might as well be the first to say it....

... what's your diet and workout?

... what's your diet and workout?

Exactly. Your diet (i.e. having a caloric excess) is what will make you gain weight, and a good routine will ensure that a good portion of that is muscle. It's pretty much a cliche at this point, but a lot of people still don't seem to get it: supplements are supplementary. They can certainly help but are secondary to training and diet. Ditch the gainer, stop looking for quick solutions in a bottle and put together a solid diet instead of just haphazardly "trying to eat as much as you can".

white blood however good it maybe is not what is going to put the weight on.

lifting heavy and a calorie surplus will put the pounds on, eating clean and working out hard will make sure it is muscle not fat.

there is one magical "supplement" that will give you the gains of your life ( it did and does for me).

OATS!!!

agreed. consume at least 400 grams of carbs a day. i started my bulk three weeks ago. i'm 6' tall, was 178 lbs. now i'm up to 184 and gaining strength each week. keep ur protein and fat intake constant. if u don't gain weight, u may need to try 450 or 500 grams of carbs a day, with very little of it being simple carbs. some on this board consume above 600 !! grams of carbs a day to bulk. just experiment for yourself.

ditch the nitro type supplements. stick to creatine, maybe look into xtend.
