Hey all,

Just finished up the last of my Muscle Milk (thankfully) and made this week's batch of pancakes (my breakfast) with ON Whey instead of Muscle Milk. I didn't change my recipe at all except for using ON Whey instead of MM. The problem? I felt like I was eating a sponge for breakfast this morning!

Any of you that use ON Whey for your pancakes, how do you make them a little less "dense?"

*shrug* i've always made them with ON whey so never had anything else to compare them with. I kind of like the spongey taste though :D

Try adding some nuts and/or raisins in them.

-2/3c cottage cheese
-4 egg whites
-60g oat bran
-1 scoop whey

-splenda and cimmaman to taste

put in blender until smooth. this is your batter. then make like regular pancakes on a frying pan.

great stuff... lately ive been lazy though and just buy some whole wheat or buckwheat pancake mix, toss in a half cup of cottage cheese, 3 egg whites and about 10g whey protein... Unfortunately i hve no blender at the moment.
