Here is what I eat on a give day ...let me know any improvements....or things I should change.....

7 am...bowl of oatmeal and protein shake

9 am...apple or applesauce and cottage cheese

11 am..lunch for me..either 2 tuna sand...or p and b sand

1 pm...same as 9 am

3 pm...same as 9 am or 1 pm and shake....

5 pm..head to gym and workout

7 pm...2 p and b sand and baked potato...or like lean pork chops and potato

9 pm...fruit and some cottage cheese

11 pm...bed...shake and oatmeal...4 zma..lights out...

i like to have some carbs and protein with every meal...

Look like you are doing things right
As you said just be sure to eat protein with all your meals and you'll be on the right way

Everything looks good except that I would add a postworkout shake in there with some whey and dextrose.

Actually I forgot to add that in there...I take a post workout shake of 80 g of protein with creatine and glutamine...:)..thanks for pointing that out!!!

I think you might be defeating the purpose of the glutamine cuz it competes for receptors with creatine so they will cancel eachother out! I've been reading that alot! Try taking the creatine and glutamine seperate throughout the day..
