i was going to do this today like on my workout days have 400+G plus protein and 300+g plus carbs and bout 55-60g fat and since i have a low fat intake on there i was thinking on my non workout days keep carbs round 200 keep protein 400+ and then bump fat intake up to 90g i think that might workout well cause u dont need carbs on off day and plus im still getting over 200. Let me know of what you think about this im doing this cause i can bulk and be ripped up at same time i kinda made this up well i dont kno if i did but that amt of protein and carbs etc well...we will c how it works let me know if you think thats ok...

I decided ima keep protein and carbs same as off days and on days son 400g+protein 300+g carbs and 50-60g fat so far ive been doing this and ive just been feeling jacked lately i love it.
