Curious whether this is a healthy meal for a cutting diet or if not then why?

All items are fresh produce not canned.

Add Chopped Garlic to frying pan until garlic oil is in pan
Add Chopped Chicken (boneless, skinless, breast) - pre-grilled on George Foreman grill (so not fat)
Add Spinach, Peppers, Onions, Tomato
Simmer until chicken is done and juices mix.

No oil, salt, or additonal flavoring used.

Opinions?

Sounds good. You may want to toss in some brown rice or other complex carb to make an even better meal. Would make a nice little stir fry served over brown rice.

Great idea. Hadn't even thought of that. Thanks.

why woulndt it be clean.. ur just having chicken with some peppers? its 100% clean.. but make sure u dont negate some complex carbs + healhy fats i ur meal

instead of garil oil i would go with some olive oil for frying or opt to put oliveo il on ur chicken after its done.. serve this up with some rice and veggies and top with olive oil or cook with olive oil and u got urself a very very good clean meal that hits all ur macros
