This is my current daily meal plan:


Breakfast 8:20 am - Oats with 2% milk, 1 whole egg, and 1 cup orange juice.

School Lunch 1:00 pm - Sandwich with cheese, chocolate bar, and fruit-punch.

Home Lunch 4:00 pm - Chicken breast, rice, salad, and 1 cup orange juice.

Pre-Workout 6:00 pm - Whey with 2% milk, banana, and strawberry.

Post-Workout 7:30 pm - Whey with 2% milk, banana, and strawberry.

Dinner 9:00 pm - Pizza, cheddar cheese, and 1 cup orange juice.

Before Bed 11:00 pm - 1 cup 2% milk.


Please post suggestions and advice to help make my meal plan better.

what're your goals? i'm assuming bulkin cuzza your weight? what are your macros 'sposed to be? i dunno about that pizza, especially at night. but if it fits your macros do the damn thing.

more info would help.

one suggestion i can make off the bat is more protien for breakfast

My goals are to bulk, gain mass, and strength.

looks good to me, although, I suck at this bulking stuff mate :P

but I'd eat more right before going to sleep, much more protines and carbs in that last meal, as your body is storing it when you sleep, you basicly want to add weight right?, when you eat during the day, your body uses it, when you eat right before bed, your body stores it. . . . .

oh and where is the water^^?

School Lunch 1:00 pm - Turkey Sandwich with cheese, cup of milk

Home Lunch 4:00 pm - Chicken breast, rice, salad, and 1 cup orange juice. (perfect!)

Pre-Workout 6:00 pm - Whey with 2% milk, banana, and strawberry.

Post- Workout 7:30 pm - Whey with 2% milk, banana, and strawberry.

Dinner 9:00 pm - Pizza, cheddar cheese, and 1 cup orange juice. (change this to something similar to your chicekn and rice meal)

Before Bed 11:00 pm - 1 cup 2% milk, 4 oz egg whites maybe some oats, and PB

at 15 that looks decent. dont over do it on the pizza though.

Id take out the orange juice for the last meal

remove chocolate bar
add 1 or 2 more eggs at breakfast
the fruit juice - not a big fan......its mostly refined sugar

is it just cheese in your sandwich? If so switch it to tuna or something - use a whole can, on whole grain bread. Before bed, I love the cottage cheese + low sugar jam + berries.

You could probably add another snack after breakfast too. 1/2 cup of almonds or something.

oh ya, as the above poster said, the pizza........eh. That could be replaced by some meat + carbs + veggies or something
