View Full Version : Help with optimal bulking diet.

I had awesome gains last year, put on 30+ lbs of lean mass. I am eating the same way i did back then but progress has definitely slowed down.

Basically i have an all you can eat cafeteria and i go 4 times a day at college. I supplement with a protein shake daily.

How important are carbs for bulking? Should I be watching carbs closesly and trying to eat a lot of them? How about fat? I usually only watch protein and try to eat as much as i can and eat healthy stuff on top of that.

What would be a good macro nutrient breakdown and calorie count. I am 212 lbs right now, would like ot hit 220 asap.
