I just wanted to know... What are some good things you can eat without worrying about putting fat on your body. i am try to cut but I just dont know what to eat. I know the tuna and chicken are good but is that it. Is there something more.

You can eat pretty much anything. It's going overboard that does people in. It all boils down to calories.

In general look for foods with a high nutrient to low calorie content.
The reason that tuna is so good is that you get a ton of nutrients(18 grams of protien etc) from a low calorie food. 80 calories for a 3 1/2 oz can. 18 grams of protien in 80 calories is excellent.
Concentrate on lean protein rich foods while minimizing(but not eliminating altogether) enriched carbs(bread, pasta etc.)
This is very general but very simple.
Also there's the obvious burn more calories than you take in.

Thanks for the Advice guys...

this is my eating routine right now, What do you guys think?

break fast
3 hard boiled eggs
orange juice
protien bar (50g)

Lunch
2 cans of tuna mixed with fat free mayo by itself (no bread)
Fruits

hour before working out
MORE TUNA!!! same thing as lunch

after working out...hour and a half before going to sleep
isopure protien shake
More Tuna...

What protien bar packs 50 grams of protien? I need to get some of them.

You really should eat between breakfast and lunch.

None packs that amount, and the bars that pack 44g are too much money to be eating all the time. It's a waste of money really on those bars.
