Please take a look at my current diet and give me some pointers.

I am 228 looking to maintain my current muscle (Possibly Gain) but loost the fat. I am currently at 20%BF.

Meal 1:
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Egg Whites
Instant Oatmeal (Lower Sugar)

Meal 2:
6 Oz. Canned Tuna W/ Mustard or Canned Salmon
1 Green Apple

Meal 3:
Myoplex MRP Shake (17Oz)

Meal 4: (Pre-Workout)
6 Oz. Canned Tuna W/ Mustard or Canned Salmon
1 Green Apple

(Post Workout)
Pro Complex Whey Shake - W/ Oats /Banana / Peanuts / Skim Milk

Meal 5:
Grilled Chicken
1 Small Sweet Potato

Macros
Calories - 1800
Fat - 35G
Carbs - 127G
Protein - 250G

Looks pretty good to me...if you keep loosing weight then keep it going if nothing happens for a few weeks then adjust accordingly.

also i would add veggies to your meals that you have tuna, chicken whatever!

and maybe snack on some almonds your fat intake is low

veggies keep your metabolism working hard to break them down. some say that the cals in veggies don't need to be counted because your body burns cals in order to break them down

Diet loooks good. Question about your workout: Do you run first, then lift? I have been reading that lifting 1st, then running increases your level of growth hormone more than running 1st.
