I have been cheating a bit with halloween mini chocolate bars. Hopefully it doesnt totally hamper by diet though..does anyone know how bad it is? one mini kit kat is like 80 cals, 4g of fat, 2.5 saturated, 10 g of carbs, and 1g of protein.

Nope, I got some 85% cacao chocolate which is lower in sugar, and am avoiding all of the processed crap.

i would normally but why cheat on food thats a) bad for you and b) actually doesn't taste that good

i went on a binge a few weekends ago and went all out on chocolate and candy. that **** made be sick and i felt disgusted. so the weekend after when i went on another unfortunate binge, i binged on bagels, toast, and fruit. not only did it taste good but it was also healthier.

overall if you crave something try to crave something good (healthy + tasty), not some cheap a55 candy. however moderation should also be taken into consideration, so have a mini chocolate bar, or a few, but no more.

I take 1 ounce of 99% Cacao Chocolate a day, and that's all I need. Let me tell you, you don't know chocolate until you have tried TRUE chocolate. The "Chocoloate" that people are used to is just pure ****, it's nothing but sugar.
