I made this messing around the other night, it works pretty good with some ham sliced to be like noodles in a pan.

Just slice your ham into thin strips and fry in pan, add to the pan a couple tbsp of full fat sour cream, a couple slices of sharp cheddar cheese, a little garlic, salt, pepper and a dash of hot sauce, stir it all together and cook until the cheese is melted and the sour cream is slightly reduced.

I know its very low on carbs and high in fat and protein, but Im not sure of the macros but the sour cream only has 2g of carbs and make sure you find a ham that contains little to no carbs. The cheese has no carbs and niether does the hot sauce.

MMMM that does sound good, but cheese does have carbs, around 0.9 per 1oz I believe.

True, but most cheese is fine on keto. This is low carb, not no carb.

I understand that, but some people will just continue eating them thinking they are a free food. There are people who's ketosis process is so sensitive, that just a few over 20 to 30 will throw them out.
