Dump the OJ, and check to make sure the yogurt isn't full of added sugar either.

I doubt the PB granola bar is any good, unless you made it yourself. Here I recommend a PB&J on whole wheat bread.

1:00
Tuna or Chicken
Pasta or Rice
Some Green veggie
Multi-Vit
Looks good

3:30
Apple
Almonds (1 serving)
Add some proteins here, maybe have an glass of milk or 1/2 a scoop of whey.

6:00 (Pre Workout)
2 Eggs/Wheat Toast
Or
Tuna Cup/Wheat Toast
7:00-8:00 Workout (using Sizeon)
8:00
Protein Shake
Chicken/ Whole Baked Potato
Looks good here

10:30
2 Tbp PB and glass of milk
Maybe add another glass of milk or 1/2 scoop of whey here to up your protein

The weight gainer can replace any of your meals. Overall your diet looks good.

Anyone else give me thoughts? No news is good news in this case. :)

Generally speaking, looks fine. I don't know how big your servings are, so make sure that you're getting enough protein, i.e.: that your meat servings are big enough.
