View Full Version : Do you gain weight during the week?

I weigh myself every friday, but I always seem to weigh the most every monday (after taking saturday/sunday off from lifting/cardio). I weight 247 today, I missed cardio on friday because my gym was closed because of Canada Day. I was hoping I would get down to 242.5 - 243 by Friday but I'm not sure if I can do that. Are these UPWARD weight swings normal? I seem to get them every week.

As long as on consecutive Fridays (or Mondays, Tuesdays, whatever) your weight is going down, you should be fine. Make sure you weigh yourself first thing in the morning, too, so you have consistent readings.

I always way more when I come back from the weekend too. Friday I'm the lightest too cause I just had 5 days of perfect clean eating.
