Alright well im sorta of a newbie at this bodybuilding thing. But okay, I just recently decided to seriously consider following a workout / nutrition plan.

I just need some help with a diet plan. I just want something simple and easy to follow. I want to start bulking and I'm following the Dual Factor workout.

IF anyone can help me out with some sort of general diet plan or advice... let me know. Thanks

If you're a newbie at lifting as well as nutrition, a dual factor program is unnecessary. Start with a basic single-factor program, then incorporate dual factor periodization when you start hitting plateaus.

he isnt really new to lifting. he has been lifting on and off for about 4years, i think he can handle a DF plan like bill stars 5x5.
