Is 2 pounds a week to much to lose for a month ?

You really dont want to go much over that though, unless you have alot of fat to get rid of.

I have dropped 5-7 pounds a week when cutting before, but I retain alot of water when bulking.

If losing alot of energy or getting angry, back off a little.

2 lbs is good
no more
that way you should be able to maintain muscle mass and transform your BF%
also the rebound effect will be greatly minimized

I shoot for anywheres near 2-3 pounds only a week any more than that and I am losing muscle.
