8:00--Eight egg whites, bowl of honey oat cereal, 8 ounce skim milk, 1 toast,10 grams of whey protein, multi-vitamin, 16 oz water

11:00-- 20 grams of whey, 1/2 bannana, 16 oz water, 20 small peanuts or 10 almonds.

1:30-(postworkout)- 10 oz of tuna or turkey breast, 1 apple, 2 cups of brown rice, 5 grams of creatine, 16 oz water

3:30(after workout)-- 35 grams of whey, 5 grams of creatine,20 oz water

7:00-- 2/12 fish fillet, 2 slice pure tofu, 8 broccalis or 1 tomato, small bowl brown rice, 16 oz water

9:00-- 1 slice turkey jerkey,non fat cottage cheese, 8 oz of water

11:00-- 30 grams of whey, 16 oz of water, multi vitamin

this avg about 2900 cal should i eat more?
is it ok to eat every 2-2 1/2 hrs instead of 3?
