im trying to get my diet right heres the list for my new diet...should i add or change anything?

2xQuaker Oats Quick Grits (Cheese Lovers)
2xLow Fat Cheese Sprinkles
2xLow Fat Cheese Singles
2xFriendship 1% Cottage Cheese
24xCans of Tuna Fish in Oil (Which oil should i get it in?)

whats better to get oats or grits?

I really hope that's not everything in your diet.

- Get Oats. Grits are corn meal.
- Loose the Cheese Sprinkles & Cheese Singles
- Get tuna in WATER not oil.
- Add eggs, chicken, fruits, vetegables.

get the tunafish in water.
get plain, old fashioned, quaker oats,
add more lean proteins, such as chicken, fish, eggs (for egg whites)
brown rice
fruits and veggies

Oats are by far better
and if u want a good list hit my bodybuilders grocery list in my signature.. a

and by the way how about some good lean protein?
chicken
tuna
eggs
milk
get some more carb sources.. brown rice , sweet potatoes
and healthy EFA's
Peanut Butter
Almonds
Olive oil

and of course
Fruits and Veggies
