Supplements Currently Taking: ON's 100% Whey, EFA's, Advanced Multi. I have taken Prolab's creapure before and got a good deal on BSN's Cellmass a month or so ago and was very impressed with both.

Training: Thurs/Sun= Chest/Tri, Fri/Mon= Back/Bi, Sat/Tues= Legs/Shoulders. Also doing cardio 6-7 days a week *see below

Diet: Pretty strict diet with around 1.5-2g of protein / lb of bodyweight, most of my carbs come in the morning and around my workout.

First Impressions: Took 1 serving last night on my off day and 1 this morning. I am doing chest/tri today so we shall see. Pills were very easy to swallow.

Note: A littly worried because I've seen someone post about bloating with this product. How can someone bloat from CEE? (which worries me, because I can't afford any bloating)

* I have to be able to run 2 miles in under 11:45 on July 31, so my training is pretty serious right now. This is the reason I do cardio 6-7 days a week, but I space it out by several hours from my lifting sessions.

Update- This will be my 3rd day on it. Yesterday I took my first dose about an hour pre-workout and noticed better pumps(unless it was a placebo effect) vs when I took it in the morning on the first day. No other real changes though.

Update- Day 8, start of week2. I've been taking one serving about 60-90 minutes preworkout and the other immediately post-workout and haven't really seen many changes from previous forms of CEE. One good thing is the pills are easier/more convenient for me in comparison to powdered CEE I've had in the past.

No real changes to be honest, weight has stayed the same. Still no bloating or any adverse side effects.

Just to update, I stopped taking this about a week ago to switch back to Prolab's creapure as I was not noticing any results from CEE-pro.
