Age 37
Hieght 5'8
Starting body weight 205 lbs.
BF under 10%

Current measurements taken Monday cold:
Rt arm 15 1/2
Chest 46
Rt thigh 24 3/4
Waist 38 3/4
Rt forearm 13
Rt calve 15 1/2

Other supps ill be using during this log:
Dymatize whey
Fish oil

The only other creatine product i have tried is Omega Sports Cre-thunder.

I haven't taken any creatine product within the last month.

I have never tried any other Muscletech product , this is the first.

I will start taken it 2 pills AM and 2 pills PM as the bottle suggests.

I workout , monday ,wednesday, friday.
3 sets of 10 on free weights , and 3 sets of 12 on machines.

I am going to stay lean untill after my brothers BB show the 2nd week in August , 3rd row center stage:) then i will bulk like crazy untill i compete next August.

About the product info:


CEE HCI 2100mg/serving serving size = 2 caplets.
CEE-Pro Absorb 200 mg creatine alpha-ketoglutarate Alpha lipoic acid.

Day 1

Took my first 2 pills this morning at 5AM , just took my second dose of 2 pills at 1pm.

Nothing noticable to report so far , will post again this evening with any new info.

Day 2

Took the first dose with my breakfast at 8am , will take the 2nd dose after my workout at 3 pm.

Yesterday i had a bit of a headache but i atribute that to a lack of water , had a lot going on yesterday , so i wasn't in my normal schedule mode of food/water , all is back on track today.

We shall see how things go from here.

I agree I had a slight headache the first day to day and a half
I added another 1/2 gallon of water the first day in anticipation of this.
It was a good thing I did................
Today though............. I feel terrific!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe it's all in my head because of the holiday weekend
I'm not sure

Day 3

body weight 206 lbs.

Everything is still on schedule , 2nd dose of the day going down.

I will start reporting my gains from the gym , after the 4th.

I still feel like i am not drinking enough water , so i will have to step that up a notch , compared to my last few days.

I measure over the belly button , not the belt line.

I am not a slim person by no means , i am wide and big boned.

In 1 month i will post current pics.

Here are pics of me 5 weeks ago in my Superdrol/Diesel test log you can look at my measurements /progress there also in my max lmg log in my sig , shows when i started my cut.

Day 7

Body weight 204

Back in the gym tomorrow after taken a week off helping my workout partner move back to Mass , so ill be on my own for a change.

I feel as though i have a bit more energy the last few days , i could tell this when i do my cardio im not as tired and go a bit further than normal.

Also keep in mind i have not done any creatine in a month or 2 before starting CEE-Pro.

No bloating or excess water weight , no headaches sfter the first day or 2.

I will do some easy cardio and some stretching today.

Day 12

body weight 207 lbs.

Sorry i haven't posted in 5 days , ill get back on track.

I have not missed a dose , still 2 tabs twice a day.

Workouts wend and fri. went very good considering i had a week off and no workout partner anymore , the pumps and intensity was crazy ,with no workout partner my rest between sets are shorter and my workout times are shorter (45 min. to 60min.) which helps.

I have had no more headaches since the first day or 2 , and i was low on water and in the sun one of those days.

Here was Wend. workout: bi's and legs

Close grip pre curl, 90 lbs. 2x10 1x9 (30 sec. rest between sets)
Hammer curl, 30 lbs. 3x10
Leg curl ,170 lbs. 2x12 1x15
Seated calve raise, 230 lbs. 3x12
Squats 10 with 1 plate , 10 with 2 plates , 10 with 3 plates.

Here was Fri. workout: chest shoulders tri's and back.

DB incline press, 75 lbs. 2x10 1x9
DB shrugs, 75 lbs. 2x10 1x13
Tri rope pull down, 110 lbs, 2x12 1x10
Seated row, 180 lbs. 2x12 1x10
Rack lift, 315 lbs. 1x10

I think i seperated my shoulder AGAIN , this time from waking up and doing pushups without stretching first , last time i did it throwing a punch when i woke up and didn't stretch ,damn i gotta stop doing that , so we shall see at work tomorrow , i may have to go to the doctor AGAIN.

Heres the deal , i seperated my shoulder a week ago , it is better now.

Now i am having vertigo episodes , so i'm halting all supps , ecept the basics multi , fish oil , and whey.

When i am better and can get back in the gym and start re taken the CEE-Pro , i will continue with the log.

For those of you that do not know what vertigo is google it , i wouldn't wish it on anyone , it is a very scary ailment.
