I wascurrently not on any strength supplements and a friend of mine recommended this product to me. I am going to log my results often and describe the product as I go deeper into my use.

Pre Supplement--
weight- 205
bench max- 250
squat max- 312
clean max- 250

*First day using the supplement was monday. For my core lifts I jerk pressed and front squated. On my finals sets I finished at one rep at 225 for jerk press and 4 reps at 215 for front squat. Obviously it is too early for any noticable effects on my strength but one hting I did notice was the intense pumpI felt after my first day. I felt it all over my body and I had a lot of energy.*

How long are you gonna be using it? I've found that running 2 bottles in a row is about the best thing ever...8 weeks of nothing but gains.

Btw, thank whoever recommended this product to you cuz its friggin awesome.

I was only going to do one bottle but you you said that 2 was incredible then I might do that. Aren't you supposed to take a month off in between. Letme know thanks.
