Is this good Enough Post-workout? any additions, subtractions or substitions i should make?


-2 Scoops Dymatize Whey
-1 Cup Of Oats
-1 tablespoon of honey

DRINK (Drink This On The Side Of My Shake):

The Gatorade seems a bit unnecessary since you already have plenty of carbs in the shake. Replacing the honey with some fruit would be a slight improvement, but the shake is pretty good as it is.

I agree with Cynical_Simian. Also, you dont need two scoops of whey post-wo. Carbs are really more important than protein PWO. Aim for a 2:1-4:1 carb:protein ratio(ie; 30g of protein from whey and 60-120g of carbs from oats and fruit).
