I use 10 egg whites, 1 1/2 cup oats, 1tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla and 8 packets of splenda. And if I want more protein I'll throw in some ON Any Whey.

They are great with some sugar free jam and cottage cheese on them.

1/3 cup arrowhead buckwheat pancake/waffle mix
1 egg
3/4 cup soymilk
1 packet organic oatmeal or 1/2 cup of oats
1 tblspoon canola oil
2 scoops whey protein powder (one that doesn't taste like ****)
cinammon
splenda

optional :

chopped nuts
diced berries
any other mixing of choice

These pancakes are thick and dense but go down surprisingly well. Top it off with some sugar free syrup. Use it for carb refeed days especially since it's a good clean source from all the ingredients. And no....soymilk won't give you bitch tits.
