Basically I read somewhere that fish oil is more important than flaxseed oil which I already take twice a day. I also fry my morning eggs in olive oil and of course get nuts etc. for other good fats. So should I really get the fish oil or stick with what I'm on?

Sounds like something I read on Mercola.com which is a known quack site full of misinformation. (That Fish oil is somehow "Better" or "more important" then flaxseed oil.)
