View Full Version : Pain From 'tennis elbow' - try these things

This site had good strength building exercises you can try. I got my tennis elbow from preacher curls, started in the left elbow and now is in both. I no longer do this exercise but the pain is still there. I feel it when I grasp things and squeeze and especially if I were to, say, hold a broom at the far end and try to hold it out straight. That kind of motion kills me. Amazing how many things replicate that motion that you'd never given any mind to until your elbow hurts. Anyway, here's the link:

site is real good. I've had tennis elbow and have been doing rehab on it for awhile per the doctors instructions, but the exercises here work all the muscles in the wrist. It's something I should be doing as certain movements are still a issue at times.
