View Full Version : what should I eat between 10pm and 5am?

yup, another newbie to bug the hell out of ya guys with stupid questions lol please bare with me for a while

anyway I will be starting at golds gym here in a few days and I got the crappy shift 10pm-5am, which means i will sleep from 5 or so until 1 pm so its realy going to throw off my routine, can anybody help me out with some advice on when I should lift, and maybe what I should eat during those hours im at work? any advice would be great, thanks in advance!

IMO nothing really has changed except your hours. Once your body adapts to your new schedule, it won't know the difference between night and day.

If you trained first thing when you woke up, then keep doing that.

It's just a matter of adapting to the new schedule.

Just shift your eating to fit the new hours. You may need to up the caffiene, but that is to be expected. I hated working graveyards...

Hi I am another new guy with the same problem

Here is what I do:

Don't workout
Instead of water drink coke
I eat about once a day and that meal is 100 hot wings from hooters

After a month they will fire you and you can get back to your regular routine and diet
