25-30 grams of fiber per day is the average amount most people need. Some neeed more than others and some may need less. I try to get around 40 grams per day.

If you are not getting very much fiber, don't increase it drastically over a short period of time. Do it gradually over a week or so. Some good sources are cereals like All Bran, whole grain breads, brown rice, beans/lentils, and oats. Of course fresh vegetables and fruits are good sources also.

Shoot for at least 35 grams daily. I normally get in 50-70 grams.

La Tortilla Factory (http://www.latortillafactory.com)

They sell whole wheat, high fiber tortillas. These bad boys rock.

~40g here. Make sure to balance insoluble and soluble sources properly, as well.
