This summer I'm coming to the USA to study in a university.
Can anybody tell me how much does cottage cheese and canned tuna cost in Wal-Mart?
What other good high-protein products are there in Wal-Mart?

At kroger (not as cheap as walmart but certainly no whole foods), the cheapest i've bought fat free cottage cheese was 1$ for a 16 ounce (1 lb) container.

6 oz. canned light tuna is $0.56 each at the Wal-Mart I shop at. The albacore tuna and canned salmon run around $1 for the 6oz. cans.
