we all know that fat slows absorption so that's why we don't have it postworkout, but doesn't fiber do the same thing as well? and in any low GI carb source there is a good amount of fiber. so lately for postworkout i've been drinking my whey and eating sweettarts immediately after getting home, and then ten minutes later eating whole grain toast. so does it make sense to split up postworkout like this, or does fiber really make that big of a difference?
