Ok this is quick and simple PreWO is it better to mix your oats w/ milk or water. Next PostWO oats better with milk or water? Thanks, sorry again about the Oats post!!

I usually just eat a tuna fish sandwhich about 45min to an hour before working out, and then chug water durring.

For PWO I whip up a monster shake with 2 cups milk, 1/2 cup oats, banana and whey.

Good to see someone using the search button before posting. For pre- and post-workout, most people grind up their oats and put them in a whey shake instead of cooking them (if this is what you meant by "mix"). Regardless of how you're getting your oats and whey, the question of milk vs. water is primarily one of whether the calories fit into your daily intake. As far as results, it won't make a huge difference either way. Secondarily, though, the slower digestion caused by the casein would probably be beneficial pre-workout but not as desirable post-workout.
