now I'm trying to go 100% clean and according to milos sarchev this is where the carbs should be:-

1- meal one
2- pre WO meal/snack
and post WO meal/snack

this means:- NO carbs during the rest of the day.

and this where my problem appears. I use bread in almost all my snacks and I have no idea how to make a eatable carb-free snack.

any ideas?

Try a Tuna and Cheese Melt or a Tuna and nut combo.

I love mixin Tuna n Almonds together then bang em in the
Micro for a bit :D

Almonds never tasted better. And it covers the macros pretty well.

Another Low-Carb snack could be some sorts lean meat and Humus.

Both are so good !

Hope this gives you a head in the right direction.
