View Full Version : Help please..weight loss diet and workout

Hello. I am very new here and am really trying to drop some unwanted weight that I have accumulated over the past 3 - 4 years. I am 5'11" and weigh 240. My Goal is 195 - 200. I am working out at least once per day preferably two when I can wake up. I have been eating two protein shakes per day with skim milk, banana, and three strawberrys, of course Protien powder. Also I have completely cut the fast food factor out and replaced it with salads, non-fried foods and no soda. I just need a site or something that can help me talor my diet so I can get enough of what I need to start dropping the weight. Also what do you think would be a reasonable time frame for this 40 lbs. drop?
