7:00amBreakfast: 0.5 cup Oatmeal, 1 Scoop Protein, 1 cup skim milk, multivitamin, 1 Banana/tablespoon of honey/ tablespoon golden syrup.

9-10amSnack 1: 1 Orange, No fat yogurt (1 tub)

12-1pmLunch: Chicken breast 200g/ meat 200g, Garden salad (onion, carrot, mixed lettuce, tomato), half-cup brown rice, tomato/bbq/mustard sauce. (Maybe 2 slices of wheat bread instead of rice)

3-4pmSnack 2: 1 Apple, Can of Tuna, 1 cup skim milk

4:30pmPre-Workout: 1.5 scoop whey, 1 cup skim milk

Max OT Workout + Low intensity 20 minute cardio

6:15pmPost-Workout: 1.5 scoop whey

7:30pmDinner (PPWM): 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup green beans, Spinach, 200g Chicken breast/ meat 200g, 1 cup Sweet Potato, BBQ sauce

9:30pmSnack 3: 1 handful of almonds, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, cup of skim milk

I would add some carbs to your postworkout shake. I use powdered Gatorade or ground oats. Make sure your FF Yogurt is plan and not flavored (too much sugar). Think about adding an EFA supplement. Other than that, your diet looks pretty solid. What's the total calories and macronutrient breakdown?
