currently i am doing this weight routine
monday- LEgs
squats
deadlifts
power cleans
weighted lunges

tuesday arms
bench press
barbell curls
military press
shrugs

then wednesday and friday are same as monday and thursday and saturday same as tuesday and sunday off am i lifting too much please help i am totally new to this

Sorry pal, I dont even understand the question, is it fat loss related or is it the
Workout Programs ,What workout is best for your goal? part of the forum you were aiming for?

Your post was a little confusing, but don't work the same muscles 2 days in a row, and you should be ok. Rest is just as important as the lift.

If you are going to lift 6 days a week, pick a better split. Read up in the Workout Forum, plenty of stickies to get you started.

As a beginner, you can get by with lifting 2-3 days a week using a full body split.
