I'm around 13% bf and I think I'm either eating too much or too much fat.....what kind of changes do I need to make to lower the body fat and have visible abs? I have some fat around my stomach...I can feel my abs but they aren't visible...

9:30 morning two whole wheat bread with a lil jelly
an apple or a banana
one scoop ON whey with water
12:30 one whole wheat pita bread
one grilled chicken breast
two scoops of whey with water
4:30 cup of brocali, cup baby carrots with FF ranch
chicken breast
8:00 creatine EE with water
then gym

10:00 one scoop of whey with water
chicken or tuna with cooked veggies
whole wheat pita bread
12:00 one scoop casein with skim milk
natural peanut butter

Suggestions...

9:30: make sure the jelly is sugar free

12:30: you dont need they whey here. you are getting enough protein from the chicken. add veggies.

8:00: you need a meal before you workout. have a meal similar to your 12:30 meal here(with the revisons I suggested)

the other meals looks good.

BTW, you defintley dont have too much fat in your diet. If anything, you prolly dont have enough fat. I would add a heandful of raw almonds or walnuts to one of your meals.

This maybe weird, but I am more scared of carbs than I am scared of fats.

Fats = Testosterone.

As long as you don't exceed your calories, you're good bro. I've seen some CRAZY weight loss with Keto diets... I mean VERY IMPRESSIVE losses, even while eating like 40-50% fat. Crazy sh!t... :)

Plus, all the faces you get from people... "Wait you're trying to lose weight and you're eating cheese/olive oil... wtf?, are you on crack?" ;)
