I've been on a cutting diet and am now transitioning to a mass building diet. Should I :
a) Increase the CARBS consumed per day by 25%
or
b) Increase the overall amount of CALORIES consumed per day by 25%

Also, once I increase the consumption (calories or carbs) how long should I go before I increase the consumption a second time?

Any advice is appreciated.

Increase protein and carbs. Figure out how much you want to end up weighing. Divide this into 10lb increments, and eat for that weight, increasing as you reach each new weight...
