Why are they bland?

What's your diet?

You can't add any healthy fats to the mix?

Theres a little thing I like to call 0 calorie EVERYTHING!!! Just gotta find it. Soy sauces, bbq sauces, pancake syrups, dips, spreads, etc... ketchups and everything.

Salad dressings, creamy and vinegrets etc.

all 0 calories if you find THEM!

Check out Walden Farms products

But seriously, ever heard of spices before?

Seriously.
Tossing them in fat-free vinaigrettes is also a good idea.

I personally use some hotsause here and there just to spice it up a bit and add a new flavor.

I tried pumpkin the other night and it wasn't too bad, so that would be a nice side to it as well.

Apparently you have never taken a walk down the spice aisle of a supermarket.

How about a chicken stir fry? You don't need much oil, so it's not like adding a ton of fat. Curry chicken is good and you can just add vegetables into it.

Food has endless possibilities especially with the increasing amount of products being sold at supermarkets compared to several years ago.

Mrs. Dash is a great seasoning too!

Alongside chicken, you can eat, potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice, toasted ww bread, cous cous, pasta...endless possibilities.

Polenta is a good source of carbs and is pretty much fat free if you make it with water and no butter.

Indeed. I've just discovered the wonder of lemon pepper on bland white fish filets like tilapia.

You know, I didn't think to put that on a salad. I get really cheap tilapia filets at Kroger, so I'm trying to find ways to eat them without getting sick of it.

Fish tacos dude. Season the fillets, cook 'em, cut 'em up a bit, throw in your choice of tortillas with some avocado (healthy fat), lettuce, tomatoes, maybe some rice if you need some carbs, and some hot sauce (most of them are calorie-free or close to it) for some added flavor.

Here's a combination I like, u can eat it hot or cold:

cut up chicken breast
WW pasta (cooked)
minced onion
Miracle Whip Lite
garlic powder
curry powder

Just mix it all up. I usually eat it w/ some CC on the side.

U can also substitute cooked brown rice 4 the pasta.

My favorite is a cup of rice, with the chicken shredded, then I add olives and jalepeno peppers. I season it all with Adobo seasoning and viola.
