I think the subject line affects the responses that I get so I am posting this again and asking for feedback if I am on the right track or not for a keto Diet.

Total calories= 10xcurrent weight = 1220
1 gm protein for each lb
30 grms or less of carbs

This is what I came up with to start.....

Breakfast
2 whole eggs
.5 cup 2% cottage cheese

Snack
.5 cup 2% cottage cheese

Lunch
5 oz Chicken tenders
2 stalks celery
.5 med. cucumber

Snack
Slim Jim

Dinner
6oz ground beef
.5 cup carrots
1 cup mixed green salad with oil & vinegar

Totals
Cal 1220
Protein 121g
Carbs 27g
Fat 69g


Weekend (1 or 2 days)
60% Carbs
30% Protein
10% Fat
And try to stay near the same calorie intake.


so.....is this good or should I adjust it?

You did your home work!

I assume you train...? If so add a post work out shake with 30g whey and 30g juice.
