here's my average day (like today), some variations included, for breakfast i might have a ww bagel or kashi cereal instead of oats once in a while.


1 cup ff milk
1 cup kashi golean cereal
half dozen strawberries
large banana
1 cup egg whites
2 whole eggs
half a bell pepper
4 large mushrooms
multi vitamin/fish oil/b-12/vitamin c

two natty PB sandwiches
handful baby carrots

8oz turkey on two slices ww bread with sprouts, tomatoes, hummus.
large fiji apple

post workout:
scoop of EAS with water
1/4 cup raisins


8oz chicken breast
two medium sized sweet potatoes with cinnamon
large garden salad or serving of any green veggie


cup of ff CC
handful of walnuts

yields ~3300-3500, 300+g protein, 350-400g carbs, 75-100g fat.calories depending on the day, usually keeps me around 190 but it depends. as it is i'm training for cross country 4x a week with a 5k every saturday along with doing WS4SB3 4x a week and VJB 1-2 times. i'm not really seeing great mass gains but am definitely seeing strength improvement.

is this too little? stats are in signature, have not changed much since then.
