I see a lot of people mentioning Natural Peanut Butter. What is it about the PB that makes it so useful? How does it differ from normal PB? Should I take it when i am trying to cut fat and get more lean? (Im 6'5" 207lbs, trying to get down to about 200lbs)

It has no trans fat and no hydrated(?) oils.

Only 2 ingrediants- Peanuts and salt.

Regular pb(JIFF, peter pen, etc) contains hyrdogenated oils which are very bad for you.

Natural pb just has peanuts(and maybe salt). Peanuts are a healthy fat. They have monounsaturated fats which are a good fat.

yes you should take natty pb ( if thats your fat source of choice ). just take it in very low moderation, cause its easy to over eat fat.
