i'm just going to post what i eat/do everyday in here. no fancy measurements or anything. i want to lose weight but i struggle sometimes under the stress of school (i'm getting ready for the SAT and trying to raise class rank a little bit more for my college apps). hopefully i'll see progress soon and as soon as i have finished with my SAT i'll be under less stress, should have all apps ready to send in (early action), and will be in better shape and ready for teh hardcore.


Breakfast: Kashi Go-Lean Crunch (no milk) 200
Lunch: PB & J - 300
Fruit Cup - 100
Granola Bar - 100
Snags - 100
Afterschool: Frozen Lean Cuisine - 290

1190 so far for today

reached about 2000 calories yesterday...all healthy food. good amount of water. multivitamins in check.

today so far

Ice Cream (yes aware of terrible-ness) 260
So far... 960 calories.
