View Full Version : At it again ... (yes v-diet)

I'm going to start a log this time of my own. I think this will help me stay motivated and keep me going. I will have some before pics and then I will post after pics when I'm done. Also, im going to post some scale pics as well! :D

Anyway, I'm at work atm so I will put up stats tonight. I will weigh myself at night for s&g's.

Routine will look something like this:

Mon-Fri: 6am - 6:45: Cardio(elliptical)

8pm-whenever: weights followed by cardio(elliptical)
Mon - Back/Bi's/Shoulders/abs
Tues - Chest/Tri's/Traps/abs
Wed - Legs/Forearms/abs
Thur - same as Mon
Fri - same as Tues

Cals - 1600-2000
5 shakes - Body Fortress Whey (i know its not casein)
Fishoil Caps - im going to be using this as the main source(~20-25caps/day)
Hot-Rox Extreme
Leukic - Before w/o's ( i got it for free so might as well use it)
SuperPump250 (energy for the gym of course)

I find that having a log definitely keeps me accountable. Were it not for having to post my results every day, I'm sure I would have been off the fitness wagon by now and ballooned over 200 lbs.

V-Diet is rough on whey (as if it wasn't already!). Good luck!

Yeah, I did it on whey the last time. Wasn't too bad for me for some reason. But, it worked great. :D

BOOM!! Day 1 down.
did back/bi's/shoulders.
no cardio, cause i was up late. will do it in the morning.

6 shakes(2 scoops) and 25 Fish oil caps.

I will also weigh in the morning.

that is about the same deal I am working with...shooting for 20 pounds...but it will all come down to the look. good luck mo fo

Days 2 and 3 went smoothly. Didnt get my cardio in yesterday morning or this morning. So, im going to hit the weights tonight followed by about 30 mins of cardio. I will weigh myself in the morning so we can see the progress.

Also, picked up some Hot-Rox Extreme, I have used these before and they work very well for me.

And now on to finish day 4!!!

HAHA, I know :eek: oh well. I will deal with it. I'm weighing in the morning so it will be exactly 1 week since my last one, and almost exactly the same time.

Thanks for the sub, and I was one of the OG's of this diet before it was a fad.

so that's 5lbs since last Monday, not bad ... not bad at all. I had my cheat meal over the weekend on Saturday but, i dont think it hurt anything as far as my progress.

I did something similar a few years back with herbalife, it was 2 shakes (one in the morning and one at night) and one regular meal, lost 60 pounds in 7 months :eek: but since I didn't excersize I ended up skinny fat :(

How much musles do you usually lose while on this diet bro?
