i have a refeed day on monday and the rest of the week is 1 day weights and 1 cardio i eat about 140 g carbs 200 protein 40 fat i just can lose some weight i think my metabolism is slowing down because when i lift weights and eat a lot if i miss a meal i lose weights only by doing that .. i need some advice

im new to the science of it, but isnt leptin responsible for controlling metabolism....especially in the "cheat to lose" diet they stress days of controlled binging to accelerate leptin and accelerate fat loss

what are you talking about? but yeah, very high-carb (no fructose/fruits) very low-fat mod-protein refeeds are good for boosting leptin.
