From reviewing the label on this product, it says that one scoop is 10.4g. I have read that some people are splitting the dosage and doing half a scoop pre and the other half post workout. Has anyone just done 1 1/2 scoop/day which is 5.2g and seen results from this product? The reason I ask is because at 5g/day you are getting alot for your money and makes it an ever better deal. Also, for people that have had issues with other creatines in the past causing cramps and bloating, half a scoop would probably be less irritating.

I haven't read the label on green mag but isn't the actualy creatine dosage only 5g?

What about ON days?

When I got the free sample for GM, I split it into halfs and on separate days. Doing like this I didnt experience any stomach issues at all but again, I only took it twice.

Studies show 3g/day for 30 days fully saturates the muscles. So 1/2 scoop per day gives a 160 day supply which is an amazing deal.

unless you are taking mono then its not all creatine. when you have dicreatine malate for example, some of the weight is creatine and some is malic acid. this is why we suggest the full dose. also, it has other ingredients that are dosed fully in a single serving.

True, but don't forget that mono isn't all creatine, its only about 85%. It terms of pure creatine it's around 2.5g per day. I'm not sure on the creatine content of DCM or MCC. Of course, I'm in the opinion that once saturated creatine only needs to be taken on workout days. So I would only use 4 servings a week which is a 20 week supply for me. Still a great deal.

i take 1 scoop 30-45 minutes before my workouts and 1 scoop on days i dont workout either first thing in the morning or at around the same time i workout(12 pm)
